The subscriber must provide all necessary documents and information to establish identification, legal status, and business capacity. Hazi WiFi Zone reserves the right to examine these documents. If any false information is provided by the subscriber, Hazi WiFi Zone reserves the right to temporarily disconnect, suspend, or terminate services. The subscriber must inform Hazi WiFi Zone of any changes in the information provided. Failure to do so may result in service suspension or termination.
Both parties agree to keep any information marked as confidential secure. This information can only be disclosed if it is already public, was known by the receiving party prior to disclosure, or is required by law.
Hazi WiFi Zone retains exclusive rights to the ownership of the internet connection and any equipment provided to the subscriber.
Hazi WiFi Zone will provide services within the agreed-upon timeline. In case of delays, the subscriber will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
A 1:8 contention ratio applies to all internet packages, which allows shared bandwidth among up to eight users at any time. For example, a 40 Mbps package may experience speeds around 5 Mbps based on usage.
Subscribers are prohibited from reselling, sharing, or distributing the connection to third parties for any reason. Breach of this condition will result in immediate service termination and may lead to legal action.
Hazi WiFi Zone is not liable for service interruptions, downtime, or reduced speeds due to unforeseen circumstances, natural disasters, or factors beyond our control.
All payments must be made by the due date indicated on the invoice or in the user panel. Late payments may result in service disconnection.
While Hazi WiFi Zone implements strict security measures, we cannot guarantee full immunity from cyber threats. Subscribers are encouraged to implement their own security measures and practice safe browsing.
Technical support is provided for services offered by Hazi WiFi Zone. Support for third-party devices, applications, or software is not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Connection fees vary based on package type, location, and connection type. Downgrades may require a fee. Hazi WiFi Zone reserves the right to modify these fees and will provide details upon request or at the time of subscription.
Hazi WiFi Zone reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be informed of any changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the revised terms.
Hazi WiFi Zone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if informed of such possibilities.
This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes arising under this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangladesh.
