Terms & Condition

These General Terms and Conditions shall be part of the agreement between Hazi wifi zone and the subscriber.

1. Bill must be paid on time of the month. Otherwise, the internet connection will be disconnected. Clients can not complain about this. Internet connection will continue again after bill payment.

2. Hazi wifi zone shall provide the services to the subscriber within the agreed timeline. However, in case of any delayed support Hazi wifi zone will notify the subscriber as soon as it is reasonably practicable.

3. If a client informs of an internet connection related problem after 8PM, then a support team will be sent the next day.

4. Clients can not misbehave with the support team in person or on the support number.
